Before a product is released it goes through a series of tests. First is the sample test, where the product is examined for any faults and the quality is verified. From there, fittings are done to ensure the comfort and fit of the item. Once these tests are completed and approved, the product may be released.

We take pride in an efficient shipping process. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on the product and quantity. Orders get shipped next/same day to ensure quick shipping. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days and express shipping takes 1-3 days. International shipping times may differ depending on location and service used. International orders may be subject to paying import duties and taxes.

They are super soft and fit nice, I should have went down a size especially if I’m going to add stuff that may weigh them down like an ice pack but they are great. I will be ordering more

I immediately purchased after seeing a video on TikTok. I love that John made them for his wife, Bella - another genius idea to sell them & I appreciate that you did. John & Bella are amazing & truly care about their customer satisfaction. I mistakenly put the wrong address when ordering & got an email not long after confirming my address was updated prior to shipping. They even sent a follow up email to ensure I received my package. Bella & John are very kind people & pleasant to speak with. Shipping was fast, I received my order in less than a week. As for the boxers, they’re super comfortable, I’ve been wearing them just to lounge in. They’re tight enough to keep your pad in place but also breathable. The colors are great. I highly recommend!

GAME CHANGING

I was skeptic at first but truly these have change the comfort level of my time of the month. The spot that holds the wings is BRILLIANT! It works with so many different sizes and the fabric is so breathable. For the first time I wasn’t uncomfortable for the entire week. Great price for the quality that has been put behind these, it was an international order so I did have duties but it was worth it. I hope more colours come out because I’ll definitely be ordering again.12/10 Definitely recommend

Changing sizes

I absolutely adore these boxers, as a transman they've helped me soo much. I have the original 4 set from earlier designs and they're amazing, so I finally reordered, I ordered them in the same size, an xl, only to discover they are about an inch more on the waist band so don't fit as snugly, still very pleased! Just wished I'd known about the change in sizing, I'd have ordered a large instead. Great boxers! Keep doing what you're doing :)
