Fast Shipping Guarantee
We know you’re excited to try them, so we pack your order fast. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and every order ships within 2 business days, guaranteed.
How we count. The day you order is day 0. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Order on Monday, it ships by Wednesday. Order on Saturday or Sunday, it ships by Tuesday. “Ships” means your package is handed to the carrier and your tracking number is emailed to you.
If we’re ever late, it’s on us.
- Ships on business day 3 or 4: 50% of your order is free. We refund half of your item total to your original payment method.
- Ships on business day 5 or later: your order is free. We refund your full item total.
It’s automatic. There’s nothing to claim, and we’ll email you when your refund is on its way. “Order” means the items you paid for; shipping, Shipping Protection and taxes aren’t included. One guarantee refund per order.
What it covers. The guarantee covers when we ship. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery time depends on them. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. It applies to orders placed on spicywear.com, in the U.S. and internationally.
What ships on its own timeline: pre-order or “ships by” items (the date is shown on the product page), orders you’ve asked us to hold or change, orders waiting on information from you (like an address check), orders held for a payment or security review, orders placed through TikTok Shop or other marketplaces, and carrier or weather disruptions outside our control.
Busy times. During launches, Black Friday or other busy periods, we may post a different ship time on the site before you order. Your order follows the ship time shown when you placed it.
If your order is going to be late, we’ll email you right away. You can cancel for a full refund, or keep your order, and the guarantee still applies.
U.S. shipping
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more
- Standard Shipping: $7, delivered in about 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: $15, delivered in about 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping: $35, delivered in about 1–2 business days
Delivery times start once your order ships.
International shipping. Rates and estimated delivery are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees aren’t included in your order or shipping cost, and may be charged by your country when your package arrives.
