Fast Shipping Guarantee

We know you’re excited to try them, so we pack your order fast. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and every order ships within 2 business days, guaranteed.

How we count. The day you order is day 0. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Order on Monday, it ships by Wednesday. Order on Saturday or Sunday, it ships by Tuesday. “Ships” means your package is handed to the carrier and your tracking number is emailed to you.

If we’re ever late, it’s on us.

• Ships on business day 3 or 4: 50% of your order is free. We refund half of your item total to your original payment method.
• Ships on business day 5 or later: your order is free. We refund your full item total.

It’s automatic. There’s nothing to claim, and we’ll email you when your refund is on its way. “Order” means the items you paid for; shipping, Shipping Protection and taxes aren’t included. One guarantee refund per order.

What it covers. The guarantee covers when we ship. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery time depends on them. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. It applies to orders placed on spicywear.com, in the U.S. and internationally.

What ships on its own timeline: pre-order or “ships by” items (the date is shown on the product page), orders you’ve asked us to hold or change, orders waiting on information from you (like an address check), orders held for a payment or security review, orders placed through TikTok Shop or other marketplaces, and carrier or weather disruptions outside our control.

Busy times. During launches, Black Friday or other busy periods, we may post a different ship time on the site before you order. Your order follows the ship time shown when you placed it.

If your order is going to be late, we’ll email you right away. You can cancel for a full refund, or keep your order, and the guarantee still applies.

Returns & Exchanges

Our full policy, including how to start an exchange or return, is at https://spicywear.com/pages/returns-exchanges

Your first U.S. order: Our Fit Promise. Any size or style issue with underwear, opened or not: exchange for a new size or style (we ship the exchange free), or get store credit for what you paid plus $10 store credit for your next order. One per customer and household.

Later U.S. orders. Still sealed: exchange or full store credit. Tried on or worn: 50% store credit.

Bras and bralettes. Try them on at home. Send them back unworn and unwashed, with tags on, within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full store credit.

International orders. Still sealed: full store credit. Fit issue on your first order: keep it, plus 50% store credit, once per customer.

Timing. Mail your return with tracking within 30 days of delivery (holiday orders placed Nov 15–Dec 24: until Jan 15). Sending it back is simple: any envelope works, and USPS usually costs just a few dollars. Store credit equals the item price; shipping, Shipping Protection and taxes stay with the original order.

Shipping Protection. If a protected package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we’ll send a free replacement. If the item is sold out, you’ll get store credit for it.

Refunds go to your original payment method when you cancel before your order ships, when a package can’t be delivered and comes back to us and you choose a refund, when your order qualifies under our Fast Shipping Guarantee, or when the law gives you a right to cancel.

EU, EEA & UK customers have a 14-day legal right to cancel, explained in full on our Returns & Exchanges page, and can choose it instead of store credit.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items: email a photo within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement. Defects are covered for 90 days.
