Our policy for underwear focuses on maintaining the product hygiene and quality assurance, which limits us from providing size exchanges and/or returns.
Before a product is released it goes through a series of tests. First is the sample test, where the product is examined for any faults and the quality is verified. From there, fittings are done to ensure the comfort and fit of the item. Once these tests are completed and approved, the product may be released.
We take pride in an efficient shipping process. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on the product and quantity. Orders get shipped next/same day to ensure quick shipping. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days and express shipping takes 1-3 days. International shipping times may differ depending on location and service used. International orders may be subject to paying import duties and taxes.
We recommend washing regularly and air drying for optimal care. For optimal pad adhesion to the internal holding flap, we recommend washing the boxer upon receipt to relax the cotton fibers and enhance surface grip.
