Refund policy
Returns/Exchange
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a return or exchange can not be offered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. Underwear bottoms and bikini bottoms, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
First, contact customerservice@spicywear.com and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. From there, we will discuss the best course of action and provide you with the address to send the package to.
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package. Once approved, we will issue you a Spicy Wear gift card in the amount of your purchase or send you a new product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Customers must report all potential problems that would require a refund within 20 days (United States orders) or 50 days (International orders).
Once reported to customerservice@spicywear.com, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email. If an item is damaged, we will issue you a Spicy Wear gift card in the amount of your purchase.
Shipping returns/exchanges
The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The customer is reliable for inputting the correct shipping information during the checkout. If the customer inputs the wrong information and the product is delivered, a refund or store credit can not be given.
