Before a product is released it goes through a series of tests. First is the sample test, where the product is examined for any faults and the quality is verified. From there, fittings are done to ensure the comfort and fit of the item. Once these tests are completed and approved, the product may be released.

Free shipping on all orders $100+.
Most orders ship same or next business day via USPS or UPS.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, and expedited shipping arrives in 1–3 business days.

We offer 30-day returns for store credit on eligible items.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, underwear bottoms are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
