Policy
Our policy for underwear focuses on maintaining the product hygiene and quality assurance, which limits us from providing size exchanges and/or returns.
Before a product is released it goes through a series of tests. First is the sample test, where the product is examined for any faults and the quality is verified. From there, fittings are done to ensure the comfort and fit of the item. Once these tests are completed and approved, the product may be released.

Most orders ship same or next business day via USPS or UPS.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, and Express shipping arrives in 1–3 business days.
